There has been a lot of Nasser bashing lately due to Nassers refusal to compete in the 225 bench competition. However, it is clear, because he has one of the thickest physiques ever, that he must have employed several power movements. Are you aware of which ones he used, and if he spent his early years participating in any power lifting organizations?

Yes, he always advocated free weights over machines, and some of his favourites were dumbell pullovers, deadlifts, barbell rows, weighted dips, shoulder press, bench presses (usually incline barbell and flat dumbell), squats, and barbell shrugs to name a few. No he never spent time in power lifting organizations. He is a bodybuilder and knows the importance of free weights over machines and advocates heavy training BUT not heavier than necessary or at the expense of risking injury, basically he trained as heavy (but no heavier) than necessary to attain this incredible physique
