Title: GH gut on recreational lifter?
Post by: CoolDuck on March 25, 2009, 01:45:21 AM
There is a guy in my gym who have particitipated in fitness contests, but mostly he is a recreational lifter. I don't think he is a juicer, but I have come to suspect GH use, but I m curious what you Getbiggers think  ;D.

This guy, let's call him "Frog" (my wife only think of him as the frog-legged man) trains with very high intensity. He doesn't use heavy weight, but trains with high-reps and short rests between sets. He really goes all out on his sets. He also trains abs a lot, with machines and crunches. Now, he always had a remarkable structure. He's got a nice V-taper, but his lower torso/ upper midsection is very wide. I always wondered if all the ab-work somehow contributed to that, but now i definitely see GH gut growing. He was always ripped (my guess would be about 7-9% bodyfat), but now he's gained a bit of weight (about 12-14% bodyfat), and his upper gut area is enormous. Looks like an alien is about to pop out. His arms are also somewhat thin in relation to his enormous upper midsection/ torso.

What are the odds that this is NOT caused by drugs? Could a huge upper abs area be caused by to much ab-training?

some people just have that kind of build where the stomach will potrude, even off gear... if he' s eating to gain, he's most probly full all the time which doesnt help the bloat.

Maybe, but I find that one of the interesting parts of going to the gym is the people there, and given the amount of time one spends at the gym, why not think about what you experience there?

GH does not give you a gut I dont care if you take 5000iu's a day, plenty of men use GH + test and have no gut, slin will given you have no clue how to cycle it and more important how to eat with it
