Just my experience. I broke a lot of PRs when I was feeling shitty and sometimes workouts were pretty weak when I felt strong. Never happened to you?

I know what Wavelength is talking about, sometimes the body can feel a lot more intense because of an exercise/s when you feel less than 100 percent.
