What have you been doing up until now?

i think 4 is fine as long as you meet your protein requirements.

When I'm bulking I typically eat 4 large meals, only when I diet is when I start upping the meals and frequency and lowering the amount per meal.

3 or 4 meals is just fine, just make sure you understand protien requirements and digestion rate of proteins. you dont want to eat 3 mels spaced out 5 1/2 hours each and using whey protien for protein... if you do them, I wouldnt count pre/during/post workout supplementation into those meals though

if i eat 4 times per day all my meals will be done before 6pm is this ok

eat meat and you dont need to worry about digestion rate
all food before 6pm? no i think you should eat again after 6pm.... if youve eaten 4 meals by 6pm... then either space out those meals or eat another meal past 6pm... make sure your getting enough total protein and carbs/calories everyday...

what about if i ate every 5 hours and got 4 meals in

If you`re awake, and 2.5-4 hours has passed since your last meal,(depending on what you ate last), you should be eating !!

thats going to be like 75-100grams of protein per meal, depending
