So I have been doing a keto diet and today I did a carb loading day. Feels kinda good and kinda bad. Anyone else partake in carb loading?

When i did keto (Palumbo) i had one cheat meal per week. Physically it was good to eat some carbs, but mentally you almost feel guilty. But you just gotta remind yourself that cheat day/meal are good for you.

Yep. When i was dieting it got that bad that i didn't cheat at all. Looking back now i feel a cheat meal here and there could have been of benefit.

i felt guilty as well but i took i weighed myself and looked at the mirror and didnt see the fat ball i once was
