Whatever happened to the Warlord and Barbarian, aka Powers of Pain?  Those dudes were huge!  Any stories about them?

I saw one of their first WWF appearances at a house show in Baltimore in 1988. They substituted for, I think, Strike Force against Demolition.
WWF was probably testing the waters for a future feud with Ax & Smash.
They fit the 80's mass monster mold to a "T."

I know they later worked as singles in the early 90’s where they were assigned corny-ass gimmicks.
I know that Mary Tyler Moore tried to "buy" the Warlord's leather & fur vest backstage at WM VI.

Not sure what happened to them after that.

Barb is still wrestling on the indys.He is a great talent and a cool guy.

How’s he looking these days?
Does he still work under the Barbarian gimmick?

I was told he got heavy then got back in shape.I know he was in south TX a couple of weeks ago.He is also back working indys with Warlord.I have not worked on a show with barb in many years.

Warlord owns a security company and is still big as a house. I think he still wrestles on the indys.

A lot of "big" guys don't make it this far on life's timeline.
