We often hear that breakfast is the most important meal of the day - this is not true. The majority of most IFBB pros and top level amateur competitors skip breakfast.
Gentlemen, I give you No mo' breakfast...

First meal, whenever you have it, is breakfast. Or, if you eat frequently enough around the clock, the fast never occurs and thus none of the meals are breaking a fast.
So if you sleep (or don't eat for 8 hours) twice per day, you can have 2 breakfasts per day, as a fast is minimally 8 hours of no food intake.

Your typical dumb-ass-Pro eats around 8 meals per day!
Breakfast, or as a Pro would say ''meal 1'' , will start their day off with oats, eggs whites or a shake.
Remember, your average Pro is just a simple retard drug addict. They are 'told' that they need to feed every two or three hours, so feed they do!

Mostly he eats same thing in off and on. Potato,rice, chicken.
In off, with olive oil and eat a bit of junks.
