Seems like every Prime Minister and President is telling it's people that their country is doing much better than the next guys.

I heard him speak last night. Damn, those British have a mastery over language skills!
He was fantastic. I agreed with everything he said. He warned us not to create a huge overbearing gov and what had always made the US great is that we had limited gov and more opportunity. That is completely opposite to what Pelosi and Obama are doing. People who want to limit the scope of gov influence must speak out now...call your senators in opposition to the 2010 budget that will be voted on soon, and let them know how we feel about excessive gov control and abuse of our tax money.
Anyone else seeing some local and state taxes go up? I'm pretty sure my FICA tax went up for my business. Same with RITA tax. Sales taxes have gone up in some areas as well.

BTW - my city announced a 20% tax increase yesterday.

We called for spending reductions for the last 4 years, now that Obama is president it is finally ok to not only abandon that call but allow congress to triple the debt over the next decade? WTF?!?!

What happens to them alswys seems to happen to us in some small way. The PC crap is cripling their security situation. Its hard to be the top dog for 400 years and loose it all. I love the Brits.
