PBW: Hany Rambod - "Why Cutler & Heath Hired Him?" (Replay Now Available!)
Plus: What is the FST-7 Training System?
This week on PBW: As bodybuilding fans prepare for the most competitive Olympia of all-time, two of the world's best have sought out the services of Hany Rambod. The Northern-California based trainer recently added Jay Cutler to his "A-List" roster (that already includes Phil Heath) in an effort to help the 2-time champ re-claim the title. Bodybuilding talk radio takes a closer look at how this unusual training triangle might effect who brings home the Sandow in September. --- Bonus Segment: Bob Cicherillo and Hany discuss the FST-7 Training Principle.

What will Hany be able to do in the final 24 hours before the Olympia so Cutler doesnt miss his mark, AGAIN? Did Cutler ditch Chris Aceto?
-
"Could phil do it without him" ::) oh brother.... no I am sure without Rambod he would look like shit
-
oh i cant wait to hear this
-
I don't think Jay needed a new solution. He was just full of water in 08. The O is still his if he wants it.
-
Another charlatan who looks like he doesn't even lift weights...
Yet gives advice with fancy names like "fst-7".

I'm not a Contest Guru fan but Hany's record (PRO CREATER) speaks for itself. He has proven himself. Yet I believe paying a guy to tell you what to do is a bit lame but I am a penny pincher.

Rambod or Chad or Milos or Palumbo, or Dorian, or Aceto, or Charles Glass (so many choices) :-\

his FST-7 protocol to "bring blood into the muscle and strech the fascia" is just a fancy way of saying that he have his guys use 20 IU of insulin post workout

I thought it was some complicated method of training kinda like HIT, but its like doing 7 sets in your last exersice until you feel the burn for the "targeted musclegroup"....how the hell did he came up with the fancy name "fst-7"?...what a charlatan.

FST = Fancy Stupid Translation for using high volume to get a f'n pump. GROUNDBREAKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
What's the difference between high volume and FST-7?
And, when is Hany's book coming out?
-
Some questions for Hany...
What makes you different than other trainers, like Chad Nichols or Chris Aceto, etc.
Chris was working with Jay in the past...
Some people think you never competed? I know you competed in 6 competitions in the past - correct???
Some people think you don't know you information? But I am pretty sure you went to UCSB and got
a degree in some sort of science?
Your techniques - are they the same for everyone, or if everyone different, or do you apply the same
theories for all?
When your competitors do well, you take credit for them. However, if the competitors does not do well,
do you take the blame, or blame the competitor?
-
missed it, i forgot it was on.

IF I had the money, I'd go with Chad first, Aceto 2nd and Hany 3rd......and for training Charles of course.....but Dorian's the only one with a proven record!!!!!

Aceto said he's not that knowledgable with the drug side of prep, so he sticks with just diet.

I give him credit for his honesty. But I doubt Laura was natural. At least after 1990!!!!

-
haney ramboto a man on a mission to get his name known
selling candy on the corner asking every to come taste the magic potion
getting publicity only to sell his so called, 'FST-7 book" as the bible of all lifiting weights
just another scum bag in the trenches trying to make a living off bodybuilders who inject themselves with a buttload of steroids
-
I put Chad and Charles in the Parcells, Phil Jackson dept.
-
Having a personal coach as a pro athlete/bodybuilder is not so crazy.
I wouldn't bother with it myself, but I was never anything more than a Mr Podunk.
Can you win withOUT a contest prep guru? YES. Larry Scott, Arnold, Sergio, etc never used any contest prep guru but that was many yrs ago.
