Please explain to us why the IRS treats individuals as though they are guilty without any presumption of innocence and why the burden of proof is on the accused rather than on the IRS which is accusing them.

and really, 5 minutes to question AND answer?! Good luck with that. Nothing of value comes out of these most of the time.
