Title: Update
Post by: Tonkin on March 29, 2009, 02:31:57 PM
Haven't been living the bodybuilding life style, following 6-8 meals a day, all i do now is eat junk food and shit my mum makes. I moved to the UK thinking it would be easier to bb, It wasn't its far more expensive than Australia! Anyways heres some pics , all i do now is pushups and dips on the rails when i see em.

I will get back into it when i get the gym in the army. I will buy my own fridge and buy my own food and benefit from the army food aswell.
Im joining the Armoured corps division.
Stats: 5,8 18 years of age and 16% bf i think.. Planning to get down to 5%

A lot of Europeans/Aussies/Safas see the uk as the promised land. It aint. Its super expensive and can be difficult to find work. accommodation in london is very expensive.

You look a big dude but need to diet down a bit - no offence but you are higher than 16% Bodyfat. More like 25%.

If you are joining up the best advice i could give you is start running and cardio. lots of it. You will thank me in basic training.lol

Best wishes.

Are you an army recruit or something? Just wondering, if you got any other advice or a special program i can follow for endurance training.

The best thing you can do is type army training program into google or youtube and follow that mate. The bottom line is that your basic will include, running, running and more running. they will get you nice and fit, but if you already have a good level of fitness going in it makes your life 10x easier.

Good luck

Why the hell did you go to the UK if you were living in Australia?

Australia seems like paradise to me.

I'm not defending the UK; I am not a huge fan, pretty neutral about it to be honest.

But if I had to choose say between  New Zealand and Australia, I'd choose NZ...

Any reasons why NZ over Aus?

And please don't say spiders.......

I figure if I am going to be isolated from the rest of the world then NZ all the way, way safer all in all...that's why...though Sydney I would consider because it is reasonably international...

As in crime rates?

Aus and NZ crime rates are very similar. And if by safer you mean in regards to animals........then i should seriously slap you. It's not like Sydney is infested with deadly spiders and snakes. I've seen a Sydney Funnel Web once and never had a snake where i live.

Using animals as an excuse to not live here is pathetic.
