despite the constant bitching from family, friends, and the gf i consume two whole eggs and one or two whites every morning. i freakin love eggs and could not start a day without them. i hate when people say "omg theyre so unhealthy for you dont you care about your heart?" fuck em, they dont know shit.

LOL, I eat 7-8 whole eggs every morning, and sometimes egg salad sandwiches after dinner as a snack... I swear my cholesterol is probably in the fatal range ...

i read somewhere that the cholesterol in eggs was a myth, and that it's no higher than any kind of meat.

eggs are full of dietary cholesterol which has been found to NOT increase your blood cholesterol. anyways, the cholesterol they do contain is HDL. its good for ya.

yes i model my diet after the mass monsters of getbig with the philosophy of more food = more muscle. i have been following it strictly for about a year now, but like most who advocate this, have no pics to support my success.

I eat 5 whole eggs every day.

Usually 2-4 whole eggs a day and 4 to 8 whites. Sometimes more sometimes less.

22 egg whites a day and 8 hole eggs everyday= 30 eggs a day

3 egg 1 omega 3 egg , spinach and mushroom omlette every morning. Cholesterol in any egg is a myth, HDL's outweigh the LDL's, I've been eating 4-6 whole eggs per day for the best part of 20 years with no elevation of lipids on my blood panel.

cholestrol in the egg isnt a myth. theres a bunch of cholestrol in every egg! and it doesnt have hdl cholestrol or ldl cholestrol, those arent cholestrol. those are often to reffered to as cholestrol , but those are types of cholestrol transporters.

I eat about 4-8 whole eggs a day, and a ton more when they find their way into Chocolate Cakes. :) 4-8 is the norm for me. Just finished 4 as I type this.
