started a video training log yesterday...Embarking on a 5 week hypertrophy phase of my program designed to add alot of muscle to my frame...below are the first installments including measurements, weight, and an egg eating contest b/t me and my camera man
Warning this footage is raw and done by non-professionals in the strongest sense of the word...youll laugh, youll cry, youll even hear some random protein farts, but its all in the spirit of brotherhood in attempt to make things a little more interesting around here
with that being said enjoy the vids guys

I can only speak for myself here, but that screen shot of you standing in your underwear in that first vid pretty much sealed your fate if you expected me actually click on any of them....
it's great that grandma sent ya a camera for xmass, but lets not get too obsessive to the point where a 12 step program is gonna be needed here in the near future

dude that first vid was necessary bc of all the people on the board who will say...he had weights taped inside his sweat pants while he weighed in or...his arms arent 18 inches that pic is shopped
lol so i decided to make sure i left no room for doubt about my starting point, future vids will be fully clothed with a short dedication to the patron saint of hugeness himself "king geo"
