when you're moving around the amount of weight I do it's to be pretty much expected and just part of the deal....

I can remember a couple years ago I used to have to wear swimmers goggles when I squatted just so I would'nt lose an eye somewhere ..

Yes, from his nose ... NOT his eye. Kroc's a cool dude ... lives right down the street from me, actually.

lol. I've had tiny spider haemorrhages in my delts before from squatting and a friend who squats in equipment had them on his face and slightly bloodshot eyes, but nothing like you had!
