LOL i remember a guy called 'Data' who actually tried going low to see what happens and he said until he went below 80 grams a day there was no difference.

It's important, but even the hardest trainer doesn't need more than a gram per pound of lean (not total) body weight at most.

yeah i take protein whey for convenience but i still made good progress without these bullshit supps and normal protein dosages.

on 30 grams of protein daily youd be in a state of negative nitrogen balance - aka malnutrition.

since protien is the building block of muscle building (along with a few other things) yeah i'd say it's important.. and quality protien is even better. The more bioavailability you have at your body's disposal the better!
nitrean from atlarge nutrition is a solid choice for an all around protien complex..but there are many good choices out there. NEVER lay off the food for strictly supplements though.. they're called supplements for a reason and they are there to supplement your diet.

You will use protein from your body for vital activities (neural, inmuno...) Around 1gr per kg (without counting bodyfat).

Protein is importan and we all know that. But its over rated IMO.
Of course you need more that 30g a day but with regular food you have more than 30g a day. And trust me you don't need to take 350-400 g per day to get hughe.

Agree. If u take too much u only get fat
