Hi all,
Just want to know what do you think of my workout.
Monday : Chest and 30 min Cardio Middle intensity
Thuesday : Legs and Calves and 15min Cardio low Intensity
Wensday :Rest
Thursday : Biceps and Shoulder and Cardio High Intensity 30 min
Friday : Rest
Saturday : Back and Triceps and Cardio 30min High Intensity
Sunday : Rest

BTW I train 40 to 1 hour without cardio.
rest : 20-30 sec between reps and 1-2 min between every exercice.

My goal is to get bigger (bulk)
I know the cardio is maybe to much but I've seen that with that amount of cardio I gain muscle faster.
