Hi all,
Just want to share what I use and how.
Morning : Vitamine 1 tabs
10.30 am : Proteine WHEY + Glutamine 4,5g
12-1pm Vitamine 1 tabs
Before workout : Proteine WHEY
After workout : Gainer
Before sleep : Proteine CASEINE + Cyclo Maize (Carbs) + Glutamine 2.5g
Ok feel free to let me some advice or comments.

first and foremost i'd eliminate the glutamine.. pretty much been proven to be ineffective .. not bad other than that

and 1 vitamine tab wont really do anything, 3-5 to go

before bed just have whey and peanut butter or cashews-dont need casein if u want to save money just mix whey w/ good fats
make your own gainer-whey, oats, peanut butter, frozen berries

Maybe add some yogurt (unsweetened of course) for added texture (creamy) and casein. Greek yogurts are very high in protein and low in carbs.
