Post by: Method101 on April 01, 2009, 02:00:10 PM

You might be able to eat a little more on the same rate of weight loss. Irrelevant for body composition though.
You need stuff of a different category to improve that.

Eat 150 calories every hour starting at 8am and finshing at 1am

You will be craving every meal. Fat will literally melt off your body

Eat whatever u want, but only 150 cals each meal.

Ur metabolism will be so frekaing fast and ur body temp will skyrocket

Well studies have shown that meal frequency has no significant effect on weight loss or body composition.

Don't use one. You should be able to get most weight off manipulating your diet.

I would only use one if you diet for a while and you need something extra, although if you arn't competiting the best thing to do IMO is up the carbs for 4-6 weeks and then go again.

Going to diet for 12 weeks starting at 2600 calories with 30 mins cardio a day.

Then after 4 weeks il increase cardio to one hour

after 8 weeks il take calories down to 2400 and continue with the 1 hour of cardio.

After 10 weeks i might drop calories to 2200  :o

i probably need to lose 20lbs of fat  to achieve very low bodyfat :-X

Different amount of calories every day. Manipulate your metabilism.

Protein should be consistent, fats pretty much too (although you can raise them on low carb days). Just change your carbs every day.

Don't do 2600 a day. Do something like 3000 Day 1, then 2500 Day 2 then 2000 Day 3. Repeat, and throw in a cheat meal on the higher days, not every high day but maybe every 2nd or 3rd whatever you feel like.

If you just stick to 2600 for weeks on end your body will adapt to what you are doing. Anyway just my opinion.

caffiene is a great fat burner.

caffiene is MUCH cheaper than any of those fat burners.

There are so many good fat burning ingredients out there with legitamite science is ridiculous. Green tea extract, evodiamine, forskolin, sesamin, fish oil, caffeine etc etc..

geranamine is a very good product, its in amp from ergopharm.

MethylRipped by NxLabs is an excellent product.

I would go with that PRE-CARDIO only, LipoLyze-1 capsule with two of your solid meals and LEAN DREAMS by ALR at bedtime.

 - Block!

Start cracking one off every 20 mins from when you wake up until you fall asleep. Swap hands. In 12 weeks you will be shredded and have huge forearms.
