They are good shoes, in fact the best for squats and deadlifts. I don`t use an IPOD outside of my house so it doesn`t really make much sense to bother using the +-Ipod feature.

But as far as the Nike`s go, they are the very best in my opinion for not only lifting, but for walking or any other sort of activity.

Nike has perfected design and comfort with these particular shoes.

I use mine when out and about but also have speakers so i can use it in the house. Saves having to turn the PC to access my music and can move the speakers to any room in the house...
