I think I posted my workout routine before .
Anyway I train 4 days in a row ,as following :
#1 ,chest & back ,abs
#2,shoulders ,abs
#3,arms ,abs
#4,legs
(usually 4 days on,1 day off ,Sat & Sun train too)
........................ ........................ .......
I never time how many seconds I rest in between sets,try NO-Rest !!
And I don't count how many sets !big muscles like chest ,back maybe 20-30 sets .
For legs ,I have posted before ,Squats to PUKE !! Ha.. Ha ....

I did musclecenter's leg workout on Friday, it really worked out well, but was absolutely brutal.

How do you know it worked well? Because you were sore?
DOMS is not a sign of guaranteed hypertrophy.

Anyone who can do chest and back on the same day is not training with intensity IMO.

I didn't mean that, I meant during the workout... I got into a great focused mind set, and when I was leaving my legs felt thoroughly worked.

if i was you i'd skip the shoulder day take a rest day after your 3 day cycle and then hit every bodypart on one day than rest two days and repeat cycle.

My day off is when I get done with my workout that day, sick, or when I sleep at night.

They say you should do your big bodyparts first in the week...like chest monday, back tuesday, shoulders wednesday , arms thursday and legs friday ;D just like me!!

False. Super-set them. I used to do this routine except I wouldn't split chest and back, I would super-set it. Dear lord it destroyed me.

I'm not a sane person, I have to workout everyday to stay civilized. Pretty much stay out of jail. :)
