This isn't an exact science; what works for you might not work for others. But I've been pretty much trying every esoteric split of the late and this seems to serve me well and have been pounding on mass (not of other men) pretty solidly.. using this one:
1-biceps, triceps, forearms
2-legs, calvez
3-off
4-chest and tri's - clavez
5-back/trap
6-shoulders and bi's
7-off
- This will be ideal if arms are lagging behind, they grow better if stimulated 2x week
- Back is vast and large (pic attached) so any other ancillary group cannot get a decent fair of intensity.
- 7 days split is best; the week cycle helps setting up the continuity and get used to the routine better.
Short and sweet.

Agree. I have 2 calf machine at home so O usually double split and to calf at home while watching Foxnews around 7-8PM...

Nice. good split of the arms...2x a week and still time recuperate. so whadya' think A23? is that up to your standards? 8) 8)

Quick question: You do biceps on day 1 and 6. What kind of workout do you do for arms on day 6 (since there is only 1 day of rest between the next arm workout and you are just coming off of a back day)? Also, do you only do biceps or do you do triceps again as well? I have been laid off from a surgery and wasn't allowed to lift for 6 weeks... it is getting close to when I can get back into the gym!
