03 Olympia he was pretty diced from every angle. there was a pic of him, darrem, melvin and one other guy all hitting ab shots from the flex coverage that was just insane.

my middle is chris let me form a solution
1 gallon of milk per day skim drink early in the day to shat it out (take something for gas)
16 suggested serving size of beans mid day and for the rest of the day season with salsa
1 pack of spinach a day for vegetable is all u ned
pb sandwich early in the day along with the milk , fill er up...
workout when u get home drink beer for motivation, no need to smoke ciggs or anything
drink 1-2 cups of grapejuice in the evening
you will find cardio very easy with this diet and magically lose fat only
drink beer during running out doors is good same with grapejuice 1-6 beers depending upon how u feel

u might could do some soy ,its more expensive of course, but dont know if its as good, but i do think its close enough, just do this every day never take a day off, you probably wont want to stop because u get repaired fast. but if u forget to drink something like "milk" that is the corner stone of the diet among other things to make a perfect pyramid with no missing links, if u forget a stone expect a crippiling day of binge eating or not having energy or feel out of synch with training diet confidence and ability

its true everyday u should live it to the max
if you dont drink a gallon of milk or forget to ur training will suffer or b non existance especially if you dont eat like me *thus striving harder to tailor the diet to higher protien*
i still eat plenty of junkfood at night. its just a matter of me eliminating it consistently to be more ripped
the less milk i consume the less fullness i retain
