do you find beer provides energy out of knowhere for such small amounts of calories when consumed its like an instant instinct for me to want to workout

Yes!!!
Especially if I had very little carbs all day then down 1 or 2.
Post workout, It also seems to fill the muscle to no end.
All in moderation.

when you come up we'll work out shoulders. in yoru video you were lookin to be strugglin with 135 on upright rows. we can have a little strength competition with 185. :D
