How to reduce hypertension from steroids ?

And why do I get Hypertension from steroids (how does it work in the body) ?

hypertension from roids comes mainly from water retention due to aromatase

and there's the increased strain on your heart

Well Jay, i use ENALAPRIL MALEATE (Linatil). Even Dan Duchaine recommended it back in the day. Since i have used it, my BP has not bothered me at all. You can try and use OTC diuretics (if you're BP isn't super high). In any case I'd see a DR. High bloodpressure is nothing to fuck with.
