Im down with you ron in almost everything, but why deleting a wife beating thread? If you gonna do that, then make sure you end with the threads about homosexuals polluting this board

wife beating, when done correctly, improves cardiovascular endurance, muscular dexterity, muscular density and if used in conjunction with creatine, can make you look 'swole'.

pretty conclusive reasons as to it's validity on the site brother Ron.
