no,,he is far far from great ,,he reduced intake of insulin true ,,but the jap physiqe has no back foundation ,,he is too small in general ,,his muscles are ALL RESULT OF HORMONIZATION ,,he has the type of look you get from the use of growth hormone with high dose of aas (high in respect to his small size ofcourse)
he looks nothing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what a great physiqe looks like see frank zane! see lee haney ,,see lee labrada! those are great physiqes ,,
the jap is all HORMONES,, as gh15 said before no hormones = 150-160lb jap and not at 5% more like 9-10%

the problem is that you may live in spain but i own it ,,they get supply directly from gh15 people ,,so unless they get it in potu pharmas the rest they get straight from the east :)
