I think ND means before Flex went overboard on the synthol. All the top guys at the O used it, give or take a few. When SEOs are used PROPERLY, they can really bring up a lagging part. Actually just met someone in real life who's used SEOs (PROPERLY) and he looks fantastic. You just use a little to steer the muscle in the right direction. If you've got a SEVERELY lagging part then jamming it with oil will make it worse.

I dont think Ludacris is one of the best bodybuilders of all time. I do like his songs though. I just dont think he has enough mass and cuts

i always loved this pic because of the way he's walking, his head is held so high because he knows he's that damn good and so does everybody else

this is an alpha male walk, notice how the beta security guard is looking down? he is in the presence of an alpha and the beta subconsiously knows he is supposed to submit to the alpha
