Not sure of that but arguable. And considering that he never placed higher than ninth at the 'O shows how the '90s were much more competitive than the years 2000. Remember Baddell placed third twice in a row.

Based on those pics he would have given Dexter a run for his money in just about every pose.

Btw, Anybody top six in Mr.O or Arnold from the 90's can call themselvers mr.O by today standarts.
