I've been sick most of this week. I trained on Tuesday, and made myself worse. I am starting to feel better though. Should I train, or just make it a whole week off? ???

Once when I had a fever I let it cool down for a day or two and I thought I was fine and I proceeded to the gym. The next day I seriously felt like I was gonna die.
Moral of the story? If you're sick, make sure to workout with a bowflex to minimize the load on the body.

My neighbor (who I think is gay?) had a bowflex delivered to his house a few days ago. Maybe he can bowflex spot me.

Doesn't make sense to train when your body is trying to fight off a virus (or whatever you have) you'll only get ran down more and prolong recovery. Take as much time as you need to get better.

I havent took a day off training in 2 weeks but if I got so much as a sniffle I'm out of the gym for a week...that being said I only get sick once every year or two.

I can't say jack..........We have a free weight gym at work...I usually train alone so I can spit on the ground wherever, Blast the music Toss the dumbells Ronnie style...i haven't reracked a 45 in years!!!!! the works!!!! Its totaly MY HOUSE there!!!

thats my kinda training there..just get off in your own little world and go ape shit...I worked at a place that had the same setup..got layed off miss the gym almost more than the $.

I recover faster from illness if I train thru it.. as long as I avoid cardio., so GO, I say!!!!

I did Shoulders, it went really well. ;D

Sorry to hear about that. Wish I had a "little world". However my world is bigger than that of others. ???
