Wonsley was an NFL player who got injured and then went into bodybuilding.

I did the `95 Southern States and the 2005 Masters Nats with him.....looks great in person although not a top tier pro.

Pretty good dude also.

He's competed quite a few times since turning pro. He's not really new to the pro ranks. Played with the Bucs in the NFL before getting into bodybuilding.

Yep!  He won the Masters division at the 2004 North American Championships, so he had to be 40 then which is confirmed on the repetrope website.  So at the youngest, he turned 44 in December, but it's possible he is already 45.  Amazing physique!  He is 5'10 and competes around 200 give or take.  Usually a light-heavy.  I want to say his physique is attainable, but I won't be that naive.

Depends how you look at it!  I hope I can look like that at 45.  He's proof that you can be 45 and have a physique a 20 year old would aspire to.
