Great thread. There are a lot to learn here; Let's start:

Another ego hurt by getbig's Meme machine. Never underestimate your power as a group.
Still on the midsection, lifting insane weights will do that to you. Stay away from super heavy powerlifting movements if you want to keep a semblant of a body shape.
Regarding Jason, Billy is 100% on the "money":
