i think for the ultimatley balanced diet one would need to eat atleast half of these perday
i feel beans are extremely important
'god' made what 15 different types of beans?!?!
thats a big enough sign that they are important for variety to compliment all the unknown variables of our health requirments

Sometimes i mix up two different types in one bowl. For instance yesterday i had corn pops mixed with crispix. That's good eating.

so far today I had apple sauce, matzo bread and 1 hard boiled egg. I tried to imagine what a Jewish Action Hero would eat in a pinch.

I highly reccomend Cocoa Pebbles mixed with Lucky Charms. When the milk turns chocolate, the marshmallows absorb it to form an orgasmic jubilee of flavors. You're lucky im giving out this info for free.

Another helpful hint. I found that pouring the milk FIRST, gives you the optimal cereal to milk ratio which in my case is 2:1.
