dairy locks up the lungs dude.  throw in some cale, brown rice and haddock. WORD UP!
Almond milk is also a tasty treat and lower in carbs and protein but tastes good.

I always eat a bagel about 20 mins before I train with a cup of coffee and a scoop of whey isolate.

::)  Yeah that's why recent studies show milk to be just as efficient as a post workout drink as anything else.  You have no clue what you are talking about.

Top of my list would be raw beef before a workout.  Loads of natural creatine and B-vitamins.

Every time I eat something startchy and then do any cardio type shit I feel like I have a basketball in my belly.

more or less personal preference. I've noticed from a cardio perspective at least that when I consume dairy (cow milk, cheese) I tend to not have the capacity to run as much as I usually can. I feel clogged. It could be personal preference or I'm nuts. I go buy how I feel. I can't say it would def. work for anybody else.
Nobody needs milk anyway, plenty of calcium and shit in veggies.

Point is your statement that it "locks up the lungs" is fucking moronic and has no bearing in science.  You're a fucktard for making statements like that.  I wouldn't go have a glass of milk right before training but to say something as assinine as it "locks up the lungs"?  HAHA PLANK!

Then fucking say that don't make stupid ass statements that milk locks up the lungs.  For you it may not be advisable.

Your last statement is fucking moronic.  Raw milk is superior to vegetables in calcium absorption for a myriad of reasons.  It's a scientific fact that for the body to absorb and utilize calcium efficiently enzymes and fat are necessary.  One enzyme specifically needed is called phosphatase no found in vegetables.  If you're going to talk out of your ass regarding nutrition I suggest you study the topic a little more.  No body built muscle or athletic performance eating fucking vegetables and to say vegetables are superior at building health is a complete lie and bullshit.

getting high is good but this guy doesn't seem to get any serious.

Some of the "theories" were: protein bars, olive oil, lemon juice with celtic sea salt and many many more.

Not only this, but this guy chooses to "workout" "at home" with an "equipment" consisting of only two 40pound dumbells.

get a gym membership, eat normal food like all the human beings and then come back to us.

As a teenager I drank nothing but whole milk. Running (from about the 800 meter, up to the 3000 meter) was my best athletic skill, and I alway beat everybody at my school at those distances. Drank milk pre and post running- always felt great.
