Title: Protein shakes

I have noticed that when dieting it is easier just to drink more shakes and eat less real food.  Kinda takes the guess work out of it.

I contribute my beastliness to the spoonfull of peanut butter I put in each protein shake.

uh I dont know, I find it hard to control the hunger if I replace too many real meals with protein shakes.
