GOOD quads ,lean build but he's in shape and that matters then going in smooth cause i have to look big.has good lats from front,good base .i won't go into clean or not thing,but if he is on or plans too he has good base to work from.

you buddy looks good, needs to be tighter for 3 weeks out but his first show he'll be fine. needs to work on his posing! his side shots aren't correct. looks at the bodybuilding.com thing with bob chick teaching proper posing. lean forward not back when on stage. the judges look up towards you so u have to lean forward for a better view. practice practice practice. you wanna look comfortable/confident on stage. Most importantly have fun! you first show is something you always remember

His physic looks natural(I dont know how is it as usual...Not because of his size but the muscle tone looks natural).
Very good prepared,1-2kg less and done.

Great athletic/lean looking build. I'm jealous. Don't let him fuck it up by becoming a bodybuilder  ;D

POSING practice is what he needs....presentation.

I have a whole DVD on the subject thats on youtube that he could benefiit from greatly...
