I know smoking is bad for your health, but does anyone here smoke? Are cigeretts worse for your health when combined with gear? I personal quit smoking about 2 years ago, but for some reason I have picked the habit back up and i'm getting ready to start a cycle.

Not a good idea at all. Pick up some Nicorette gum and save yourself from wheezing in the gym. Your performance, even on juice will be lowered drastically.

I agree. Man I never smoked cigs in my life but have burned my share of weed. I go thru phases where for maybe a year or so not smoking herb then a 9 months smoking it. Not much more that a few one hits a day. Wonder how much this effects me? I think it does. During a comp diet though I always stop, cause the damn munchies will keep me fat otherwise LOL

smoking raises blood pressure as well. not something you need to add to while on the gear

i smoke herb too and i dont feel it effects me in anyway, except wanting to eat crappy foods lol

Yes I have used it before. It's a pretty good stimulant pre-workout, definitely gives you some focus. Just be careful not to become addicted to the gum, because that's easily possible.

What is considered high blood pressure while on a cycle of 750 test per week. I tested mine and got 144/85.

i used to smoke everyday for a period of my life and did a lot of my smoking while on gear and never had any probs with it...keep in mind i only used to hit the ganja before bedtime... ;)

Thats not a perfect BP but not terrible either.

Smoking destroys your cardio, which is very important for weight lifting and just life in general.
A little weed every now and again is no big deal IMO.

I used to smoke full time and didn't have a problem, but its MUCH better without it, no question about it.

I just stopped smoking after 4 years on and off.
It's unbelievable how my strength has catapulted ever since I quit. ;)

120/80 is normal. yours isnt bad, dont worry
