Title: Need help finding a quote please
Post by: Ursus on April 14, 2009, 02:28:19 PM: someone posted a longish quote before about how in USA there are black colleges, black beauty pageants, MLK day black schools etc etc

and how if there was a white one it would be racist.

Does anyone one know where i can get it or can someone paste it.

I wanna show someone it.

You laugh, but it was a common phrase, usually posted on a sign, in America in the day. Blacks and the Irish were lumped together as the unwanted. :-\

True, over here they used to have signs for jobs, followed by the statement "Catholics need not apply"
