many think lowly on people like me who exclusively use 40 pound dumbells for standing over head presses in sets of 20+ also my barbell that has a fixed weight on it of 190 for bent rows, and i do my chinups outside
they key for me is to keep trying to add more sets and reps to avoid injury. why would this NOT build muscle like many claim.
currently eating a shitload of food, chocolate and beer and garlic bread and grapejuices
my goal is to comple
20 sets of 20 with 190 pounds on bent row. rest paused/straight sets not setting the weight down
and 20 sets of 20 with 40 pound dumbells doing front raises , military press, and side lateralls, rest paused/straight sets
by the time im on this level i should be about 260 ripped
only about 243 right now semi fat

today i ate 6 garlic breadswwith salsa
64 ounces of grapejuice
coconut macaroons /one container
2 chocolate bars
3 beers
plenty of apple ciduer vineager
today is only half passed should eat alot more
oh also had plenty of celtic sea salt and non aluminum baking soda for healthy salts needed from salt depleting workouts

I've been packing raw raman noodles for emergency energy and then running laps around trees in the woods. I find that circling each tree once on the run makes me feel connected to the elders.

For a while I was running in a pentagram pattern and got this program to listen to all my music backwards on my ipod thinking it would enhance my time travel abilities but all I did was confuse myself and this caused constipation.

how did you not get an athletic scholarship? what a waste, even bodybuilding is clearly too complex for you.
keep on doing pushups in the forest burnout, for sure dont waste your time with real weights at a gym, because its just yet another place for you to fail in public
