i know he gets pissed and deletes threads that critisize jew but it seem like he does not like threads that say anthing about them good or bad.

What has this to do with bodybuilding???
1) No racist posts. We all know what discussion is vs. blatant racism.
2) No gay or pornographic pictures on main boards.
3) No malicious personal bashing, especially on females, and others who can’t defend themselves.
4) No spamming commerical posts of events, web sites or products without approval.
5) No personal information of people family, etc.

Crossing them like that, is just asking to be banned...

Yeah, sometimes the mods dont pay attention but such is life...
