im gonna start jogging again
gotta get some good shoes...prob asics or socany
i love the zone u get it when u jog
i go jogging down on the beach we have a track to run on
i begin this weekend hopefully

I goted mugged by knife point last year when jogging, now I just stick to doing burpees. True story.

I get odd aches and pains when I run, my lower gums hurt as well as my clavicles.... I have no idea why it has always happened since I was a kid. its brutal on the knees too... I hate running.

Jogging on the beach is great. Don't need shoes for that. As for the road, I like Asics. The basic Gel model is good.
It's a nice feeling after a long run.

i used to sprint in high school
100 meter dashes, the training for it was brutal!
many many 100 meter sprints everyday
i used to listen to the song "more human than human remix by rob zombie"
when i sprinted, started my sprint when it started to go "MORE HUMAN THAN HUMAN MORE HUMAN THAN HUMAN"
i haven't sprinted in a year, i hate listening to that song now, even listening to it is painful like the training for the 100 meter dash
i don't do cardio at all now, i hate it
i haven't done any form of cardio in 6 months

I run a lot - mostly late at night when the streets are less busy
all you need are a good pair of Aasics and an Ipod

I used to jog/ sprint outdoors, and loved it.. trained for 10-12k races years ago. the last time i did i noticed how it makes my joints and feet hurt, and my lungs burn for days sometimes from the dust & pollution. Treadmill only for me these days...& I dont have those problems. it makes me feel so much better to do cardio, so I do it year round, 5x's/ week

2-3 miles 5 times a week since I've been getting back in shape. It feels good now. First 3 weeks it sucked.

I used to. It works great and I felt great doing it. Nowadays I spend my time being fat.
