you may lose some arm size, however even if you do your arm will look bigger if ripped.
the key to maintaining or even growing slightly while dieting is high protein.
all calories drops must come from your energy macro's : carbs and/or fats.
good luck.

if you eat the same food but do jogging you should lose some fat, with minimum muscle loss.
however if you want to get serious at all you need to start counting calories and amounts of carbs, protein, and fats.

If there is a secret for successfull natural Bodybuilding (in my case natural BB-training) besides Genetics
than itīs
1. Time, time, time,......
2. Passion/Will/never give up
for you....carbs down, esp. the fast one, slower absorbed carbs are ok, Protein-up, may take also BCAA several times a day to prevent musclemass...

If you are looking to get leaner your arm size wont increase.
-
If you keep the muscles your arms will look as big as before & better (even if they measure less...)
-
Weight training seems to produce fat storage inside muscle...
If u get ripped u'll have more testosterone, insuline sensibility... and proportions will make a better and "bigger" look. It's funny when people tell me "U are bigger!!" and I've lost 8kg.
