I'm trying to lose some weight. I can stick to my diet all day, eating small meals 2-3 hours aparts, but around 8 or 9 in the evening I lose control and start eating whatever I want. Anyone have any tips on how to control these cravings?

Brush your teeth everytime you get hungry.
Drink large cups of black coffee.
Drink large glass of Sugar free Squash.
Eat mountains of vegetables

vegetables
fat free low carb pudding
fat free jello
low fat pop corn
eat something that is stricly protein, chicken, fish, etc...
it really just depends on the type of diet you are following but those are some easy examples, i use the pudding and it works pretty well

All of the above, plus chew some sugarless gum when you get those cravings.

good point.
drinking water also helps.

eat a very large breakfast....lots of fruit and oatmeal with nuts honey and raisins.....this will fill you up big time and also the fruits will prevent you from craving sweets later in the day.....also..I never go for that "eat small meals throughout the day" stuff.....I eat 3-4 big meals.......
eating like a bird throughout the day will make you even more hungry

Looks like you're a stress eater...
Do something else, 20 push-ups or walk some stairs. It's mostly a mind thing, if you can put your mind to other stuff, it will go away. Whatever ideas you have, you can use them. Wash your hands for a few minutes under ice cold water or play with a ball.

That sounds like a good idea, thanks.
