Says 280 when he gets on. Clearly someone is doing something off-camera to fuck with the scale. Blechman's probably on his knees in front of him, that would account for the extra 64 lbs.

weak range of motion

i love how he says when performing the pulldowns to "bring the bar as close to your upper chest as possible" yet he's no where close to that

His workout has zero intensity, Ronnie puts him to shame.  And Vic's rear delts look weired, almost non existent.

Everyone says Vic is really cool and great to hang out with.

He sounds boring as hell and moves in slow motion.

Being stoned doesn't make you cool to hang out with

As evidenced by having 4 kids, Vic loves the ladies!  I wonder how much he pays out in child support....

The intensity wasn't there, but he's not ego lifting and uses good form.  He explains why he uses certain ROM as opposed to ego lifters like Ronnie who try to move as much weight as possible no matter how bad the form.

I like Vic's videos because he's honest and gives good advice. I learned a lot from his "In the Trenches" videos.

if im fresh i can do 6 pull ups.  ive been doing them first for a couple weeks though, trying to see if i can get a bit more width.

i like the palms in pull up much better than the regulkar version, however it doesnt work my outer lts as good.

But he's not built like Ronnie either, with crazy denseness And Ronnie seemed to love to lift, and always had. It seems that Vic is the true eEgo lifter, whereas he has consistently looked worse since his win  of the NOC and the GNC (which if they could, need to bring back).

Although, I must say, that I was impress with Vic Muscletime DVD
