Did legs on Tuesday night and have trouble sitting down and walk around like an old man... >:(

yes i try to keep my leg training to a minimum too :D
what did you do Alex? did you squat right out of the box without breaking them in?

5 sets of hack squats.
7 sets of stop and go leg extension.
4 sets of leg curls.
3 set of stiff cans deads...

that's a pretty brutal workout my friend. I see you are back in the saddle.
i did bis and tris last night and did 6 sets of heavy incline db curls with a pause and hang at the bottom....my bis are nice and sore today feels good

its because u go too many days without training them bro trust me on this one
do a full body everyday that way u keep everything limber and ABLE everyday
dont fall in the mind trap of one day of legs here and there. do a full routine everyday and you will will adapt and recover faster and wont be all fucked up and sore
every day off from a muscle group...that muscle group tightens and stiffins up and loses its flexibility and likley to produce too much lactic acid when u train it sparadically. training everything everyday u clear your system everyday. lactic acid is toxin buildups to an extent
so the toxins in your legs are sitting around in your legs the more days u go without training them compounding the problem

fuck legs.
i dont bother with squads/leg workouts anymore. i prefer the ability to walk and be mobile like a normal human being. tired of putting tons of brutal effort into leg workouts, hell on the joints, and losing the ability to climb stairs or bend down all just to put one inch on my little bird legs.

Stretch your legs for about 15-20 minutes right after training and each day after that. It will definitely help your recovery.

9 plates for me for 12 reps isnt easy for sure
My squat is great though I guess,but I have long legs,maybe that helps
