Title: Who loves the weights and HATES cardio or the other way around.
Post by: CastIron on April 16, 2009, 03:33:58 PM
Whenever I go to the gym, all I'm thinking about is how hard I'm going to push myself in the weight room. Then after I get done with the hour of weight training, I then look towards the bike or stair climber with despair lol. I really want to do an hour of cardio, but it ends up being just being 15 minutes. I love the weights with a passion but dread cardio. Last couple of mornings I've noticed my gut has grown  :-\. I think it's time again to hit cardio head on lol. It has to come to my somewhat abs disappearing for me doing cardio again. Does anybody here have a problem with cardio?

Low intensity cardio is boring. Lets face it, some of us have no attention span and that's why weights are so great to train with  ;D

Pick a higher intensity cardio if you really can't stand the standard shit, which isn't much use anyway.

I can't stand low intensity, long ass cardio.  Jogging for an hour?  Can't be arsed.  I'm trying to lean down now, but my attention span can only cope with HIIT like sprints, or a punch bag, or something like that.  Although I did try using the stationary bike in front of my TV while playing the Playstation.  That wasn't too bad.
