Screw that, it's not a healthy balanced diet, that's what those fools are neglecting with their micro organic vegetarian bullshit, the human body wasn't designed to live off of plants and vegatables, we can in the worst circumstance survive in that state. But realistically you will be neglecting your body of vital and essential nutrients that come from things such as meats and certain carbs.
Have you seen any true 100% vegetarians ?!? they look like death, sunk in eyes, bags under the eyes, etc.

vegetarian diet is very easy to maintain. The only supplement you might have to take is B12 once in a while.
