Title: Starkist Tuna in Olive oil is Awesome
Post by: El Diablo Blanco on April 17, 2009, 02:23:49 PM
I hate tuna.  Too dry and tastes like ass.  I just tried a new Starkist in Olive oil with some rice and DAMN!  I can eat this 5 times a day.  Which I actually might.  The fat pounds will melt off.  No more tight shirts on carb days!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably use some cheap olive oil in it. I get it in water and add 2 tbps of my own olive oil with some fresh lemon.

You'll eventually get tired of it.

Even lobster begins to taste like dogfood if you eat enough of it.

What's cool is that they come in a can with a peel off lid.  So I can just stack my file cabinet at work with them and not fuck around in the morning trying to drain the can and shit.

I like the Starkist tuna packets that come in different flavors, like lemon and teriyaki.

So I presume you don't eat any fish?  Only organic food?  Do you think standard eggs, beef etc... are "healthy"

Brown rice.  But yeah.  I'm not a no carb guy.  I cycle.  So no carbs twice a week, high carbs twice a week and low carbs the rest.  I found it to be the best for dieting.

No

19g protein per gram, cheap as hell, and extremely low on mercury.

One egg has a whopping 6-8 grams protein.  Not very impressive.

I bought some sardines a couple weeks ago since some people on here are always raving about how great they are, I ate half of one and threw the can out, they were terrible  ;D
