Hey MR GB.  Can you post some tips on what you used for your diet to win Getbig III?  The rest of getbig.  No flaming please

I think Aquiles would finish top 10 at some of the smaller IFBB pro shows..Just imagine if he turned to the dark side and started using gear

Tendon, are you saying the only thing Aquiles takes more than meat injections in his ass is juice injections in the butt?
