Dons middle name should be ''So''

No. The front letter of his first and last name should be switched, and a g should be added to the end of his first name.

Don Long you are a man with a death wish, even your own body says its had enough of all the drugs and yet you continue you to abuse it, do you think that you are showing heart by competing still? no you are showing that you are stupid and ignorant, what are you trying to prove? that you are still living the dream ::) no Don long the dream is over, go live the rest of your life, stop disrespecting your body by putting on the oil and thongs and trying to win a plastic trophy, you Don Long are the 2nd biggest idiot in bodybuilding after that midget Kris Dim ::)

Another question to ask is if we should wait for Hank Wood to chime in on this thread or should I do it on his behalf?

So you are saying anyone who takes steroids screws up their health to that much of an extent? What do you have to say about all the Mr Olympias from Larry Scott on, still walking around without such problems?

No one, especially a governing political body like the government has any business saying what a person can and cannot take. Don is an example of what substance abuse can do a body that is in pretty bad shape to begin with - there are equal and worse cases of "legal" substances like Alcohol and Tobacco affecting consumer health adversely. Doesn't mean anything, other than the fact that not everyone is built the same way or has the same degree of resiliency towards things like steroids. For every person like Don, there are plenty of people who take juice and live well into their old age without complications.

If you have lots of anal sex does your ass get real sore or do you become accustomed to it, secondly can lots of anal sex destroy your sphincter, my uncle said it could.

he's the poster boy why they are not

Steroids were illegal and it still didn't stop him for using and abusing them, so tell me what the prohibition of steroids did to help Don in this instance?  On the other hand if steroids were legal, he wouldn't have to deal with bathtub blends or potentially the difficulty in getting needles in some states.

Steroids being illegal hurt Don, it didn't help him.  You remind me of when people say that a recreational drug should be illegal because

(a) Drug dealers are violent (Yeah, because they need to shoot it out since legal remedies to their problems are unavailable).
(b) Some drugs are tainted with harmful chemicals/poison/etc (Yeah, because they are illegal and therefore not standardized).
(c) Drug dealers sell drugs to school children or have drug houses next to schools (Yeah, because drug dealers don't ask for ID.  The drug houses would not exist if they were legal).

In short, so many drug problems are caused by drugs being illegal, ironically.

It's no different than when alcohol was prohibited.  Some people would go blind drinking the brew at the time.  This has not happened since alcohol has become legalized.

Prohibition, well perhaps well intentioned, does not work.

Kidneys are overrated.

Hi Flex Wheeler.
