Make sure to get the 'peanuts only' peanut butter, Johnny, not that JIF, Skippy or Peter Pan crap. Those brands have hydrogenated oil, icing sugar and other preservatives that will alter your flight pattern for the worse. :)

I'm going to check some out today and compare. Off the top of my head it doesn't seem balanced enough but curiosity dictates seeing if it's a cheap way of getting protein. I eat two heaping tablespoons/day and really can't see any difference aside from feeling less hungry. :)

nothing wrong with hydroponic fats
They put inferior crap like palm oil in most of them... The point is, it isn't necessary..

I just put a big TSP in with my shakes. Adds a bit of protein and some (good) fat. And you're right about the less hungry thing, especially before bedtime.

I eat peanut butter and jelly everyday. I love the stuff.
Why not eat nutella instead? Tastes a lot better IMO.

I eat about 300g of fat per day 20 grams of carb, 60 grams of protein when dieting. When I don't diet carbs and protein are 200+ grams. However, this time I don't eat 300g of fat, maybe about 200 because I increased protein to 200+ grams and carbs to 100+ grams.
